Can someone at Jagex/runescape please check why non of my mails seems to work anymore?
I don't receive receipts from purchases, I can't change my communication mail address and I haven't received mail from Runescape/Jagex since last year.
My mail provider domene ends with @online.no. Can someone at Jagex/Runescape please check why that for some reason doesnt work anymore?
I have all jagex/runescape domene added in my mail system, so they wont get banned. They do not end up in spam, and so on. I have talked to my mail provider today, and they say they do no ban any mail, but for some reason I havent had a mail from the game since last year.
I bought treasure trail keys on this acc today just to see if I got the receipt, and I didnt.
I want to change my communication address on all of my accts, so that I can delete the accts I use to log on with, since my provider is gonna start charging me for those accts, that I only use for log in anyway. Please help, someone?
