Can someone at Jagex/runescape please check why non of my mails seems to work anymore?

I don't receive receipts from purchases, I can't change my communication mail address and I haven't received mail from Runescape/Jagex since last year.

My mail provider domene ends with @online.no. Can someone at Jagex/Runescape please check why that for some reason doesnt work anymore?

I have all jagex/runescape domene added in my mail system, so they wont get banned. They do not end up in spam, and so on. I have talked to my mail provider today, and they say they do no ban any mail, but for some reason I havent had a mail from the game since last year.
I bought treasure trail keys on this acc today just to see if I got the receipt, and I didnt.

I want to change my communication address on all of my accts, so that I can delete the accts I use to log on with, since my provider is gonna start charging me for those accts, that I only use for log in anyway. Please help, someone?

Hey, 3bane.

The very first step to take to try to fix your issues is to look at the advice found here: Not receiving emails . If this doesn't remedy your concern, then your next step would be to force a change on that specific registered email address . This is done by successfully completing an account recovery request. You'd have to prove to Jagex that you are indeed the account's creator.

The steps on how to commence an account recovery request -- with screenshots for visualization -- may be found here: Changing your registered email address . It's highly recommended to utilize a Google Mail (GMail) account because these have shown the least amount of problems for players throughout the years.

When you are seeking assistance with an issue, it is best that you stick with a single thread. That way all of the information that you have previously provided, and the suggested solutions, are in one place.
