This is strange. I first suspected that perhaps your Premier Club membership had lapsed, causing a reduction of 100 spaces in your Bank. However as you say that there are still 68 spaces left in your bank, this wouldn't make sense.

Getting error "You do not have enough space in your bank". I do have enough space in my bank. Sent a bug ticket but have not gotten any replies. I can't really play because my backpack gets full. Help!!
Hi luckywilder, I still can't bank items that I don't already have in my bank. I'm getting a bit fed up too. I've sent a bug report but no response so far. Can you let me know here if you resolve your issue? Cheers

There is no such bank total as 1338 places. All bank total spaces end in either 20 or 70.
I suspect you have 1270 spaces available and 1338 spaces in use, meaning your account must have dropped out of Premier Membership back to regular membership.
I've even paid for membership again even though I have a yearly subscription and my Prime membership is still current. Still can't bank or get the spaces back...
I recommend you check exactly what type of membership sub you have running.

Click on

Your subscription type should be: 12 month Premier Membership - if it does not say this then you don't have Premier and don't have those extra 100 bank spaces.
Can I please get some support from the Jagex team, I'm going round in circles. I have had years on RS no problems until now. I have renewed my subscription, changed my password (amost every time I try to log into forums) with no change to the problems I am experiencing. C'mon peeps!!
