Hi All,
One day I went to the Burthorpe slayer dungeon, the one next to the castle. Inside the dungeon was an NPC and I got to talking to him and he said something about improving things. He asked if he wanted me to get him to do it and I said yes. (Bad Mistake)
Ever since that day I've had nothing but trouble with my Tool Bar, the one above the chat window. This is what it looks like now.

I now have two rows of Tool Bar and they are duplicated, the top row has got the lock on it, the second doesn't and when I tried to delete it, I cant seem to do it.
Please help me get rid of that second row, its really annoying and its a duplicate of the top tool bar.
