Preloading Inventory/Shaders

Has anyone been having issues with the Launcher taking an extremely long time to preload the inventory icons and the shaders? It used to take about 5 seconds, but it's been closer to four or five minutes since last week. Not sure what would have changed to have this issue.

Every time I log in it has to preload everything. I never had that before and I play on my 3070 GPU Alienware laptop. Not one other game does that or lags like RuneScape lol.
