I know my graphics card is old, but everything worked fine literally a month ago. Now when I log onto RS (os is fine) the graphics are all red. Everything is red, except the hud. I tried playing with settings, emptying cache, doing whatever is recommended in the support, but nothing. Anyone experience the same?

Definitely did not ever experience that before, what GPU do you have? Did you update your drivers to the latest that is supported? The card might also be failing and causes artifacting and weird colors. I think to start, ensure you have your drivers up to date and list what GPU you have.

I randomly get the same issue. I am able to minimize the window then maximize it again to clear up the red graphics.

Hey i get the same red screen after i open up any of the interface like quest log,seeing the skills,( also when i did the new skill quest i couldn't see the area but the cut scene played normal ) Darkgraal

Click on the 'Options' tab in the Lobby and click 'Rerun Auto Setup'.
However this is only a temporary fix.
The permanent fix is to buy a new graphics card.
