Jagex store white screen

Hi there

I am having an issue when trying to purchase a membership. When I click on the Jagex store it only shows a white screen.

I have tried using Chrome, Bing, and firefox. i have also tried to use a VPN and different ways to enter the store but nothing seems to work.

it has been like this for a couple of days now.

any help it much appreciated

Same issue here

edit: worked around by using my phone to buy member

Have you tried incognito mode? or a different web browser? It might be a plug-in issue. Bob says:
