My issue in question has everything to do with tapping the screen while playing on RS3 Mobile. There are times where I tap the screen to interact with an object and the game selects something else thats half an inch or more away from where I tapped. I cant say it is a calibration issue because I can see where the tap registered on screen but the game still selects something else.
Some examples:
A). I had problems when I attempted to do the sliding map puzzle in most recent Fort Forinthry quest. I zoomed in and started tapping on the squares I wanted to slide over, but it would tap other squares 90% of the time. If I was slightly less than all the way zoomed in it would tap the square to the left or to the right but no matter how many times I shifted where I tapped on the screen it would never select the square I actually wanted to tap. I eventually gave up and I had to wait until I could get on a PC to finish the quest because it was impossible on mobile.
B). There are also problems when trying to do some bosses on mobile. It is near impossible to move exactly where I want when trying to stand in a specific spot. I’ll likely end up next to where I want to stand. Or when trying to move away in attempt to dodge a mechanic I tap slight away from the boss but the tap registers as if I tapped on the boss causing me to take the hit instead of dodging.
Its as if some objects have exaggeratedly large click radiuses and they severely interfere with other nearby objects. Ive searched far and wide to find if anyone else has the same problem but I can not find anything anywhere. Ive even roamed through all sorts of settings in-game and on the device itself. I even switched from iPhone to iPad to see if helps but I still have the same issue even though I have more screen space. I dont like it when I constantly have to tap and hold, tap multiple times, tap elsewhere, or zoom in and out constantly to tap the desired object. Is there a solution?
