Hello Jagex Support,

I was downloading Jagex launcher on Window 11 and I got a message error. I was uninstalled and installing Jagex Launher in multiple time. Actually I restarted my laptop. It still won’t work. Can you help this issue?


ERROR
Unfortunately RuneScape could not be started.
Please try uninstalling the game and re-install using the button in the Jagex Launcher.
If this problem continues, contact Jagex support
