I was playing RuneScape like I have done so this past week with no issues, I decided to check out the Solomon Store, I decide to purchase the King and Queens pack that is currently free for members right now, but upon tabbing back into RuneScape, I find myself on the Login screen, and now every time I try to log back in I get the black screen of death, this is now happening to me on both PC
and
Mobile.
I've googled for trouble shooting and have already tried:
. Updating my drivers
. Deleting both internet explorer, and the RS programming files cache
. Uninstalling/Reinstalling the game
. Deleted every RS file on my computer after uninstalling the game
. Trying to launch via both steam and the .exe version of RuneScape
. Lowering the graphic settings before attempting a login
. Going to steam properties and verifying the integrity of the game files
. Rebooting my wifi
. Unplugging/plugging my cables in
. Ensuring Java settings, if relevant are up to par with requirements
Can someone please suggest something I may not have listed here?
I feel like Jagex support is misleading, no matter what page you click in the 'Contact Us' section, there is in fact no way to contact Jagex and no way to submit a ticket as far as I can see. My particular issue seems completely random and rare and as such has not been featured in their technical support page. But I would very much like to play seeing as how I literally just spend all of my oddments on keys for this treasure hunting solstice event.
