Ever since changing over to the Jagex accounts system, I've been getting "Malformed Login Packet" errors which kick me out of the game. My son also plays Runescape and hasn't gotten the error so I know it's not my home network. I've seen others complain about this error as well. Has it been determined if this error is related to Jagex accounts? If not, any ideas? It happens randomly so the game is playable, but this is still very annoying.

This issue is still going on. I have the same problem. I've been looking for a solution. Resetting my default browser settings didn't help.

Hopefully they will find a solution soon.

Jagex's Support Centre

' where you find instructions what to do.

Deleting older browser data/links and clear all caches, including all temporary files is what makes it solve this problem.

Make sure you restart your browsers before you resume, after deleting, or restarting your device as being the best option available.
