I've just bought the Premier Membership after waiting almost a month for help to be able to buy it (I had Membership credit until 2024 built up) and find I'm not getting the extra key for TH, I've got no Yak coin for completing the 1st Yak Trak (and I don't have the option now to buy Premier Pass, obviously) and I don't think I got the exra bank space back either.

Thank you to the Jmods for getting me sorted eventually with the Premier Gold Purchase but some of the benefits are missing. What can I do about that? I don't really want to start a new ticket and wait another 3 weeks to get someone to look at it. That's a lot of keys missing in that time.
