I made a transfer purchase request almost a month ago and jagex still has not contacted me or done anything about it. I got the automated jagex support email that says they received my request but nothing since then. It's honestly ridiculous. If you offer a service you should at least keep up with it.

You should receive a reply about 20 days after you submit your ticket.
This isn't ideal. Jagex aim for a best practice response time of 2 days but this has been unachievable in recent times.
