Lagg on German OSRS Servers

For about 1 month iam experiencing lagg on german osrs servers in the evening. Tried switching Computers and networks, all didnt help. My ping goes from 20 to 200 in the afternoon. On US Servers my ping is stable but still high. Anyone else having this issues with german servers?
