I’ve been having problems with RS mobile on my iPad. Yes, I have been talking to support but they have none.

What’s happening is that I am getting frequent crashes, seemingly sometimes when I have a graphical change, E.g. changing map section, entering my pin for my bank, opening a dialogue with an NPC. Some areas are worse than others, Um is not playable. This is also happening in the middle of the Pumpkin event and it dumps my progress so that if I log back in, I start from 0 and may not get any event reward.

If you have been talking to Jagex Support and they don't see the problems you have been having or couldn't help, I don't know if anybody in these RSOF can help you. Anyway, I think there is a Community Led Technical Support Forum, perhaps somebody can get your better advice, especially when they have problems in the past but not specific to recent game updates or pumpkin parties.

This does go in the Tech Support forums . Jagex does recommend minimum specifications for various devices.

For Apple products that'd be...

macOS 10 or later
CPU: Intel i3+ @ 2.4+ GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon 7xxx +
RAM: 4GB
At least 8GB of storage space available for the NXT cache
Android Oreo 8.0 or above / iOS 13 or later
RAM: 3GB (Android) / 2GB (iOS)
3.5GB - 5GB of free storage space
