My Jagex Launcher recently stopped working, so after a few things, I finally resorted to uninstalling it to reinstall it, but now even the installer isn't working. I've installed other programs to see if it is a network issue for me, but everything else is working just fine. When I try to download the installed, I get three errors:

Failed to contact alias service
Read operation
Unable to connect

I have done just about everything I could think to do, short of just factory resetting my laptop. I have made sure everything is up to date. The launcher was working completely normal yesterday, and there was no updates that were installed overnight that could have caused this issue to come up.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? It's annoying that once you link your account, you're unable to play if the launcher isn't working.

Did you ever log out of all of your accounts?
Do that ... and once done ... restart Jagex Launcher as it could be possible that it awaits some updates. See if that helps.
