cant log into game now !!

everytime i try to log into the game it just states "the server is to busy or you have not logged out from your last session"

this is ridiculous. I havent been able to log in now for over 12 hours because of this error message. I have tried from jagex launcher, steam, the phone app and it all says the same thing. I have tried resetting my password and force logging and nothing works. this happened during dxp as well and lasted 3 hours until it randomly started working for some reason but now I am here a few days later with the same issue and can't play.

what is going on that is causing this issue. this is ridiculous I can't even log into a game I paid for

Hi there,

This often means your account has been hijacked.

First, please secure your device and email using the tips found on the Security tips Support page.

Then, reset your password to kick your account out of the game - please note that a regular password change does not kick a user off the account. It must be done through the following link:
Reset password .

Finally, review the security of your account - a very important step is to set Authenticator and check for any linked accounts, e.g Facebook or Steam which lets the hijacker regain access to your account.
