Hello,
I don't know if this is the correct place to come and mention this. My first bug is that I can't switch my Varrock Teleport. I talk to the guy tell him to switch it for me, tried multiple options and I always teleport to the Varrock loading stone and never to the foundation like I'm trying to do. I've been able to switch this in the past and now I can't.

Second bug that's miner but really annoying is that some characters have their head off and necks stretched, I did a quest recently they all had this bug. I thought it was the quest but I've noticed other NPCs have the bug too like Razmire Keelgan Mort'ton. I don't care much for the neck stretches, but fix my teleport. Thanks

If you're going to the lodestone, then you're using the lodestone teleport. The Location change only works on the Varrock teleport spell, its teletabs, or POH portals. Lodestone locations can't be changed.

As for the npc graphic issue, just report those through the in-game bug report tool for Jagex to look at and fix from there. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
