Can't access mail + authent.

Hello,

I started my account last year in October with some friends. We created a Group Ironman just for fun. Till last week, I received my new phone and I moved everything from my old one to my new phone. All my passwords got lost during that transfer and it was an E-mail I only used for OSRS. I didn't connect it to my primary e-mail, so I can't access it. The authenticator was deleted too...

I filled in the form for account recovery. I did this three times and all of the times it got denied... God knows why. I want my osrs account to have a new mail and remove the authenticator.

I can access my account in the client for just a few more days because I trusted my laptop for 30 days. I know the bank pin and password of my account. I have all the bills for the membership but still, my request gets denied??

I hope that a Mod or someone can help me because like I said it's my account and all of my friends can testify...

It's great that you still have access :) Speak to Hans ingame and he will tell you how old your account is in days. Subtract those from today to get your creation date, an important piece in the recovery form.

How quickly are your recoveries coming back denied? Are you seeing the same feedback when you click 'more info'? What are you being asked to improve on?
