Found this post by Muzan-sama - "In the future if you experience a similar issue, the best thing to do is to simply wait until the issue resolves itself. Repeated attempts to log in can make the situation worse, so it is highly recommend waiting at least 30 minutes between attempts if you receive this error.

You can find more information on the Too many login attempts from your address Support page."

I'll let everyone know how it goes in 30 minutes.. O_o :D

There's a support page regarding this issue here

Though, I recommend getting the new Jagex Launcher . The new login methods resolve this problem entirely, and more secure too (especially when doubled up with the new Jagex Account system - which would make your login even more secure as well).

This will be the required method to play anyway, so perfect time to move over, especially when it stops this login problem. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?

Jagex launcher will fix it you say? well that's not the case for me...

I started getting this error every now and again but after a couple of tries i would get in or i would change windows to another account then when i'd go back i would find that the account with the problem had been logged out completely... as i said it was only a few times a day every few days or so

until lately that is, now it's basically everytime i try to login if i keep at it long enough after waiting ill eventually get in "maybe" but if i change worlds or something i'd be logged out completely again.

after a while i eventually i downloaded the jagex launcher to try (didn't really want to at first)
but when i try logging on with that it just says experiencing issues or something like that instead.
even had to try a few times to log in here to post on forums.

funny though it's only the one account that has the problems have 2 other accounts, 1 just an alt i play and the other a fsw account i just haven't let membership run out on just yet and both login just fine, haven't got the error message come up even once no matter the order i log them all in.
