Can't Log in to OSRS

Copying this over from General since there is an issue and multiple people are having issues.

I did not post the initial thread but I am having the same issues after following the same steps.

I was randomly disconnected from OSRS and upon trying to log back in I get "Either your account is still logged in, or the last world you were using has become unavailable."

-I've tried other accounts that worked fine
-I've changed password
-I've ended all active sessions
-I've reset my client multiple times

My account doesn't appear to be online but still shows up in the Clan Chat screen. I'm unable to log on and I'm unable to hop to that specific world.
World 477 on Old School Runescape.

It's been about 20 minutes and still nothing working.

Last night a few worlds went down; 3 on RS3 and 1 on OSRS. 477 was one of those.

Very likely got caught up in that with the timestamps being around the timeframe it happened at. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
