Solomon's Store Bug?

I was going to get the free item in Soloman's s Store and I keep getting this:

You can't log out at the moment

Please leave the area and try again

Then when I log out and log back in I get this:

Complete Transaction

After you have completed your transaction use the continue button to return to the game

But it didn't take me to Soloman's Store

What's going on? I didn't have this problem last month. And its the same when I try the Marketplace and the actual Soloman's Store at the Grand Exchange.

I want to get the Necro Pack when it comes out on Monday. Brought 3 bonds, plus the 100 runecoins I already have, though I'll probably have to buy a couple more bonds ;/
