Sadly the launcher is the only offering I see in support and it will not work at all.
the launcher is corrupted and just a bad thing as it just will not go to anything but the freezing red to blue colors when it gets the game up.

Please tell me where to find the game client versions as my 2.2.9 works ok, just is old and freezes/lags with the "dramatic pause" too often.
a google search only offers the beta launcher it really fails. it is beta. it might work for some, but not all.

where can the client version be found?

based on your post in the general forums, it sounds like an issue with the client.

The launcher only launches the game client and handles authentication. So if the game world is acting up, it would be an issue with the client, cache, or computer, not the launcher. They are separate programs. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?

that is a bummer as your link you suggest only brings the launcher
my laptop runs just fine as it has never gotten the "beta" lawnchair
I have been looking for the client only for a couple days now and it is not on the downloads of rs
if it is for you. maybe you have another OS than my win 7
and no I will not use win 10 nor a mac as ive had them and know they are too much trouble as they are constantly changing with unwanted updates.

I would like the game client only as it worked fine until i tried the launcher.
which I have removed the launcher a few times now. as that is when this trouble began on my PC
but sadly the launcher will not go away.

is there another way to delete the launcher from my PC?
be great to know how to fix this PC so it can run the game as it did two days ago. :)
