Need help w noise in text

I would like to chat more in RuneScape but it seem like something is adding something to my text when I type. Sound is to noise as typed text is to _______. What's the word what would make sense in the blank? That's where they're adding things to my text. I would like to chat more so I can pvm, join a clan, and make friends. Can the blank word to my text be muted so its just plan text instead of what they're adding to it?

I posted this from the wrong account, I ment it for RSN ByssCide890. Its probably a computer issue and am not sure how to fix this. I have had this problem on both accounts. I also have both accounts on my Jagex Launcher so show that they are both mine. so could I have help on both accounts? ByssCide8900 is my osrs account. ByssCide890 is my Rs3 account. Thanks!!

Need assistance with this, I don't know how to stop it on PC wise. So is there any way it can be blocked on the Jagex servers side? Would like to make more friends without the text being effected like the Jared term other voicing.

Could you possibly be referring to the chat filter, where some words or letters are replaced with stars (asterisks - ** for example)? Or is it just random letters, or boxes? It would definitely help us understand what's happening if you could post a screenshot. :)
