Hi all,

Hoping someone can help. I've been playing RuneScape fine up until around 2 days ago - every time I log in I get a black screen and stuck on 'Loading - Please wait'. It stays black and sometimes opens for a second but then crashes straight away. I've deleted the app and reinstalled. I've deleted the cache and redownloaed that too. Still not working. It seems ever since the Jagex Launcher was released this has started happening. Any fixes or is anyone else experiencing the same problem? It works fine on my iPhone. MacOS is up to date. (Monterey).

Peace & Love Hello Malravenous, it might be possible that the graphic-settings in RuneScape are too high 'Ultra' and that if you lower those grahics settings from your client that said issues will disappear.

Most of the time these things will happen when support from your graphic hardware is changed from frequent to periodical, thus not having the required software support for that piece of hardware in your computer to play RuneScape with these settings.
