Load bank preset not working

While running to a summoning obilix I noticed my bank preset I defined for summoning not working. Instead of filling my pouch with the required items my music player was loaded.

I use Windows 11, so the usual behaviour is when you press a Ctrl-Number combo an app is started that is on the task bar. But not when Runescape has the focus. So anyone know what is happening?
