Emails in login Jagex

Hi ppl,

I keep getting emails notifying me there has been a login onto my account myself. I don't seem to be able to stop these mails from being sent. It's annoying as you login multiple times a day..

Is there anyway to stop receiving these emails on every login?

Hi Bimschwam.

No, those emails are to alert you if someone else logs in to your account.

Once logged in, you shouldn't have to log in very much. The Launcher and website remember the login.

On the website, you do have to log in from the top level page for this to work. If you're (for example) browsing the forums, and it asks you to log in because you've been idle for a while, click the back button on your browser then go to the website top level, then click the login button.

If you want to access the character or Jagex Account settings page on the website, then you may be asked to log in again, Glad to be of service (Powered by GPP™ - Share and Enjoy!)
