Having the same issue, I have tried 1 million solutions, this makes no sense that such an old quest could be undoable. How have they not fixed this yet, imagine being a new player coming along to this, I would quit on the spot.

I am also unable to cast telekinetic grab on the boot or the brain. At least I could buy the brain but the boot has got me stuck. Nothing seems to be available to support this and you log in to report a bug and it tells you that you can review past bug reports by others and nothing comes up.

Same issue for me... I sent in a bug report but then noticed there are a few threads on this topic already, both on here and on Reddit... Seems to have been ongoing for almost a week now (disappointing).

Hope it gets fixed soon, there is a lot of content locked behind The Giant Dwarf quest.

Does make me wonder if an MTX bug would be dealt with any quicker...? ;)
