When I click View Inbox German

In osrs when I click View Inbox I get sent to the rs site and everything is always in German without any language flag anywhere to change it. I suspect this is because I first created the account when I was abroad however its been 8 years now and I feel like I should probably ask if somehow I can get that changed, because I barely speak it.
Any suggestions?
