Hi guys,

So I am trying to help a friend of mine to get his laptop working again. He has had a pretty outdated laptop for a while now and just recently all of the sudden strange graphical issues occured resulting in the game being unplayable. I have tried doing a fresh install, updating the drivers.

Specs: Acer aspire
GPU: Intel HD 520
CPU: Intel I3-6100U
RAM: 4GB

Are your friends' graphical drivers up to date?

Based on the specs you've mentioned, your friend is barely meeting the bare minimum of what is recommended to play on. Make sure he has enough storage space for the cache to load properly. Otherwise, it may be worth just trying to upgrade a couple parts if possible.
