For the past couple months I haven't been able to access the play store update for both Old School and Rs3 for mobile. I am immediately met with the error code "something went wrong.". I need a fix for this, please.

Here's a few things from Google's Support page "Fix problems downloading apps from the Play Store"

- Check your device Storage
Maybe you don't have enough space for the updates?
- Clearing cache of the Play Store app and Google Play Services
I had the same problem that you're facing years ago when I was trying to update some app.
This fixed my problem.
- Remove and re-add your account
Maybe something got out of sync?

I suggest taking a look at their support page and giving it a read since it goes more in-depth.
