Bank presets no longer work

All of my bank presets randomly no longer work, if I try to use any Bank Preset I get the "Your preset is being withdrawn" message but no preset. Also if I'm wearing any armor or have anything in my inventory and try to load any of my presets it removes all my armor and empties my inventory. I tried restarting a few times, made sure my keyboard is working properly and also asked around in game for advice but no one could figure out why I am having this problem

My guess would be that your bank presets have simply become blank. I don't know how this happened, but the fix is to recreate them by manually withdrawing things and equipping what you want, then using the bank preset interface to save things into the slots you want.

Am now on day 2 of broken bank presets. I have now tried multiple times to make brand new presets to see if that would fix the problem but still nothing. I just get the "Your preset is being withdrawn" message but instead it completely empties out my inventory and removes any armor regardless of what preset I use. I have to manually set up everything now and it's making doing DXP efficiently extremely difficult.

My first 6 bank presets all just remove everything with the withdrawn message appearing. Also my bank preset 7 won't load at all. If I try to load that Preset nothing happens whatsoever.

Figured out my problem. It looks like my presets settings were on page 2 of 2 (Presets 10-15) Which I did not even know was a thing so it was trying to load presets I don't use (Which also explains why Preset 7 wasn't working at all since page 2 only has 6 preset slots)
