Game unplayable - Constant DCs

Since Shooting Stars got super popular, and then Jagex announcing they were going to be altering them, the game has been entirely unplayable for me.

I can log in and play for perhaps 5 minutes tops, and then I disconnect and get kicked out. Getting a message that I'm still logged in, or a 'malformed login packet'.

I've tried connecting to my phone instead to see if its my internet, but its the exact same.

I logged in just now, did 4 minutes 37 seconds of a Tempoross game, DC'd and got kicked off.

The game is literally unplayable for me now.[ Does your mother know that you’re out?

Sorry to hear your recent sessions haven't worked as planned, understandably it can be very frustrating

Unless you haven't tried these yet, here's a few suggestions that could help with your situation

- Does your devices meet minimum specs requirement ?

- Have you restarted your device?

- Are your graphic drivers up to date?

- Have you tried reinstalling your client?

- Additionally might be worth to try clearing your cache

- Have you tried playing on a different local user (preferably a freshly new one)?

Hope these will help! If none of these work for you, will try to come up with new solutions
