Did the purchase go through? Where did you purchase it from? Google, Apple, Steam, etc.

Premier start right as you purchase it, and the membership you had (if you had any at all) before purchasing it, will start once the Premier subscription ends.
If you were to buy 1 year of Premier, on January 1st, 2022 for example, your Premier would end, January 1st, 2023. Any other membership you had before you bought Premier, would continue to run, once your year of Premier had ended.
If any membership had just vanished however, get in touch with billing at the bottom of this page, by clicking "Contact us"
