Unknown error: Launcher_Initialisation_Failure

Got home, Loaded up launcher. Clicked play, it said my login session had expired and deleted my character from the list, tried to log in to my other 2 linked accs and it deleted them from the list as well. Then somehow eventually ended up with this error after closing/opening the launcher. Did a fresh install of windows 10 and of course, everything else. The launcher wouldn't let me uninstall or repair the game prior to the windows 10 reinstall. Haven't tried to repair the game since then b/c ofc its a fresh install...it shouldn't need to be repaired. I have completely reset the modem, router, and gateway on my internet, and disabled all firewalls. Send help.

You started a fresh installation of Windows 10 ... doing a 'fresh install' it would mean that said drive should have been deleted empty before you could have started a fresh installation.

Probably you have installed not a fresh installation but somehow a 'repair' of Windows and your existing apps remained present thus probably your issue still exists.

isn't fixed at all so you are back at the beginning of your issue.

I do not understand why you had to fresh install Windows 10 where you had an issue with Jagex Launcher?
