Have Samsung A52 S, 6GB (new)
Connection WiFi either 4g/5g
OS Android 13

Install several times Runescape and still keep the same message:
game server did not respond. Retrying...

I've cleared data and cache...
I've add all my accounts to Jagex launcher. 1 was occasionally used and one found from deleted (the last I'll like to delete again...)

With an other older Samsung in the same network RS was running very smooth.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Edit:
I've closed WiFi and use only mobile data... RS is running.
Going back to WiFi doesn't work.
Have both WiFi and data doesn't work
Setting is use both. I've tried only WiFi doesn't work.
Important to note: PC, laptop and mobiles connected to the same WiFi network have access to RS.
Edit 2:
Tried to connect using 3-4 other networks (public & private) Same message not connection.
Install older version doesn't work either.
Edit 3:
Login using mobile data.
Open WiFi connection, Close Mobile data... stay logged in, can use lobby, cannot close application and re log.
