There have been several instances where the client freezes while killing a boss. Mostly this happens during Arch-Glacor. For no reason whatsoever, with no programs running in the background of the computer, the client freezes and my streaks go straight to hell. This has happened multiple times and the first couple of occurrences I didn't bat an eye. However, this kept going so I submitted a ticket and then again another one. Could this be fixed or at least explained? I have an image of this happening and should the staff be interested they may ask me of it, though there isn't much shown besides the "Connection lost- attempting to re-establish" message and instead of viewing the platform, I see the cyan abyss below the Glacor blank and other graphical glitches.

What's your internet like, is it stable? mine isn't and I find my screen goes black for a while when I get a high ping spike / packet loss. Also do you let cache load 100% from the lobby? Bob says:

The internet is stable,I don't have any connection losses nor have I seen any high ping spikes during gameplay. I pick world with the lowest ping usually. I don't think I load the cache fully, however, these instances don't happen right in the beginning, they occur after a while playing sometimes when the bosses "summon" "intense" graphics or how should i put it, like beams @ Glacor for example.
