We have had ongoing reports of Players experiencing client lag issues or crashes whilst streaking Telos. Whilst we have been monitoring this issue, we do not currently have all the information we would need to investigate fully, which is where you come in!
If you have experience any recent lag spikes / crashes whilst streaking at Telos, please would you be able to post below, including as much information as you can. This will allow us to provide much needed info to the relevant teams who will then be able to investigate this further.

- At what point the lag / crash happened. The more specific you can be about this the better - was it during a certain boss animation / attack or during player spell / ability use.

Hi, I am experiencing the lag spikes and crashes whilst streaking telos.
What happens to me is :
Abilities and clicks don't register, so my Char just stands auto attacking telos while I click keybinds/around arena to move but my char just stands there. Also the gameplay whilst in the kill is very jumpy, eg: on phase 2 drop down there's a few seconds delay with telos spawning but I'm still hits from telos, but as mentioned above can't do abilities/move to negate it, and then telos spawns infront of me and when my clicks decide to register it looks like my char is teleporting across the arena. This happens throughout the kill.
I initially thought it was my internet , but then I went to other bosses eg Raksha/Solak etc and the game runs perfectly smoothly like normal.
My computer runs Windows 10, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPU, 3x8gb RAM. Its only a couple months old so it can't be a factor in the lag.

Hi, it's been almost a month and nothing has been said/done? If you could be more communicative to the players of the game that would be fantastic
It's nice wanting to do something ingame but cannot, as when I do, all that happens is a the client lags and crashes.
Please share information you have about when a fix would occur.
