I am receiving an error all day when I try to log in. The error I am getting reads "Either your account is still logged in, or the last world you were using has become available. Please try again later".
Has anyone else received this error before? How did you guys fix it?
I assume you haven't upgraded your account to a Jagex Account?
If so, you need to do a
Password Reset
.
The password reset should force log the account out of the game, making you set a brand new password.
You urgently need to review your email, device and account security as an error message like you are seeing usually indicates the presence of a hijacker on your account.

I also recommend you consider upgrading your account to a Jagex Account.
Jagex Accounts use a much stronger security protocol than the old RuneScape accounts.
