Are the Golden Cape buffs only realized on a members world? I earned the shards to redeem my Cape, but when logged into a F2P server none of the gathering activities, even with a full backpack, will start sending resources directly to the bank. The only rationalization I could come up with was that I had reverted back to a nonmember account and the buffs were only for members on a members world. Let me know if anyone has experienced this as well, or has any feedback. Thanks
