Made into Jagex Accnt. Broken

Hi I've recently been coursed into turning my normal OSRS accnt into a Jagex account. With this change I was excited for better security/pass ect. But when I did this I was met with this error(link below). I've reinstalled the launcher many times, I've reinstalled the Runelite client many times from Runelite.net (Even used the OSRS website link[The install button never shows to Runelite, it's always just "play", even when it's uninstalled]), and deleted all of my appdata for Runelite(rip 70 gigs) along with uninstalling anything Jagex/Runelite related on my pc. I've uninstalled/reinstalled them in tandem and in different order(Runelite first, then launcher and vise versa with the same result). Now I literally can't even log into my accounts with Runelite which is the only way I personally know how to enjoy the game. The base client works perfectly fine, but I personally do not like it. Also I'm on Windows 10

If there's any suggestions on a fix I'll gladly try them with results asap. If there isn't a fix I'd REALLY like to remove my accounts from the Jagex accounts, as it's not working for me at all.

This is the Jagex Support article about it: RuneLite via the Launcher
Follow the instructions under 'Issues accessing RuneLite' . Is that what you have been doing?
Also mentioned on the Jagex Launcher FAQ page.

Players are getting RuneLite to work with their Jagex Account. Your characters cannot be removed from your Jagex Account if you have upgraded the login.

If you have an 'other/older/different' version of runelite on your computer, other than said runelite version Jagex/JMods are referring/redirecting you to, it is possible that you receive said error as that version is blocked from usage.
