Hello, I think someone changed the email address on my second account.

I've tried several times to change my password, but I just don't get any email.

I've tried many times to restore the account, but it's always rejected. I have entered all information as accurately as possible. Passwords, Internet provider and even the exact date and time the account was created. Strangely enough, I get an e-mail. But it only takes 1 minute for Jagex to reply and it gets rejected every time.
I just don't know what to try anymore.

It would be best if I can chat directly with an employee or something.

Please help me I just want to keep playing.

Hi there
ColdAges1997

An immediate deny will be for one of the following reasons:
* the login is wrong (mis-identified the account)
* no correct old passwords have been submitted
* you are in the wrong country (must submit from the creation country)
* the login is right but most of the rest of the creation information is either wrong or left blank

If you think you might have been submitting the wrong login, you can check by using the tools on the Forgotten login support page.

If you aren't in the creation country, there is no way around this requirement. You must submit the form from the creation country.

Also, check the reasons you are being given for the deny.

p.s. if you have upgraded to a Jagex Account read this page: Jagex account recovery

Account recovery is a two-stage process.
The first stage is an automated computer check of some of the form.
You have to pass this to move on to stage two which is the manual check by a JMod.

If the form is getting an instant deny it is failing stage one.
The computer won't pass on forms that stand no chance of success.

Always check the reasons for the deny and use them to try to improve your next attempt.
Have a read of the Account recovery denied support article.

The important information is the Creation Information: Creation month/year - Creation ISP - Creation location - Creation (or another very early) password - earliest Payment information.
The old information is very valuable. Recent information has little value if the account is old.

A JMod will not directly discuss the account recovery with you as they stick closely to the recovery procedure.

Hey, ColdAges1997.

I'd strongly recommend that you carefully read Malua's responses above. The reason why you aren't passing the automated computer check is because you aren't providing enough (correct) information that allows it to cross-check it with the information that's digitally stored regarding your account.

Reading the Account recovery denied Support page may give you some insight on what they are looking for.

Always remember...

• Try not to use a VPN when recovering an account. VPNs make it harder for Jagex to create a digital print of the account, something that's very useful to them and to the player when such player is trying to recover an account;
• You must try to recover the account in question from the location that you created the account on or the location that you play the most on. This will show Jagex more proof that you are indeed the account's owner;
• The earlier the information that you enter, the better. This is because it will allow Jagex to see that you indeed know the earliest details on the account. Most recent details may not be useful;
• Try to put the ISP that was used when you created the account. If it's still the same, then say so. This will help you tremendously;
• As mentioned before, try to name ANY display names of OTHER accounts that you may already own, even if you don't play on them that often. As Malua said, this allows Jagex to cross-reference ownership links among those accounts;
• Billing information usually means the earliest details that you may have from the account in question;
• You should mention the original display name of the account, ONLY if the account in question has an email as a login.

Keep trying. Don't give up and read those deny emails sent to you. They are informative :) .
