As frustrating as you find this matter, using the forums as a means of appealing the ban is not welcome. For this reason, this thread is now closed.

For further information, I recommend that you read the Appeal an offence page of the Support Centre. As macroing bans fall under the Unappealable offences category, there is nothing further that can be done.
