For the last 2 days I've exhausted every method trying to make Charos appear outside Kerapac's Lab after placing all 4 rods (The Measure). After placing the last rod, I got some dialogue from Charos and then he vanishes. At this point he is supposed to meet me back outside the Lab where he originally gives you The Measure but he isn't there and the Lab portal is closed.
TRIED METHODS
Relogging/Hopping doesn't work.
Uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't work.
Replacing the measure in all exact spots again without Charos' presence doesn't work.
Attempting the previous part of the quest doesn't work.
Returning to Varrock castle Libary to interact with Charos to see if it forces him to appear somewhere doesn't work.
I finally tried destroying the measure to see if it would reset the steps and this didn't work, leaving me unable to retrieve it because Charos is nowhere to be found.
A fix for this is necessary for me to continue this quest line, any suggestions?
