Good evening,

I have evidence that might overturn a ban on my main account, SoggyQuiches. I've created a website about it, have attempted to contact support on twitter, and get a post going on reddit. All have not worked.

twitter @SoggyQuiches

I need someone to help me contact a moderator at Jagex, or someone that can take a look into my account and the evidence. I'm at a loss for what to do at this point. I very much would like to play again, and believe that this was a mistake.
If someone from Jagex could email or message me about this I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for reading,
A sad Quiche

@MostQuiches, if you have evidence that you are able to prove the opposite of what Jagex/JMods have discovered, resulting in a ban, making a website about it is the one thing that bring the worst out of this situation, damaging you more than anyone else.

Writing an email to [email protected] would be the least damaging as that matter you are talking about is a private matter between you and Jagex/JMods.
Wandering off like a towncrier on social media will do no good either.

If you are so adamant about your evidence, think it over, put it aside the Rules of RuneScape - Terms & Conditions - End User License Agreement, and see if it can withstand any test/doubt proving you are right.

Jagex/JMods are in no position to defame you or ban you randomly blind eyed, Jagex/JMods are seriously aware that they too can make mistakes and are the first to admit in public that they have made a mistake.
The past has shown us that Jagex/JMods made mistakes and that they are willing to correct those mistakes instantly when proven to be their mistakes.

Hey, MoistQuiches.

The only way to appeal a ban is by following the instructions enumerated here: Appeal an offence . If your ban is appealable AND if you haven't already used this method, you are more than welcome to use it. If you have already appealed AND a response was sent, then there is nothing else to do for that account.

If your ban is appealable and you appealed but haven't received a response, then you must wait for the reply. It's currently taking up to 10 days to get a response to a ban appeal; however, please note that the 10 days timer may be affected by their currently delay: Delayed response times .
