Although there are JMods that actually can see what happened to your account information about hacks/hijacking is not lightly given away for privacy reasons, how bitter that may sound.

Returning items ... sadly that can't be done. Account safety is a players own responsibility and Jagex/JMods are not accountable for said faillure.

Still rises a question for me ... is your account still continuously hijacked?

I understand the reasoning for this but i dont think you can say its my fault if I did everything right. I had every safety net and i didnt click any phishing links, i think i was most likely victim to dumb luck. Just random guessing to get into my account.

My account is still mine, i changed my passwords and everything, but its not like i have more security than before. I still have the maximum security as before, so whos to say i wont just get hijacked again.

Can I talk to anyone else about this? preferably in a 1 on 1 conversation instead of a forum page? surely there is a way to set that up?

We have given you all the answer we are able to give. In fact the first reply, from Tren, was the most comprehensive. Those pages she linked contain thorough, excellent information.

We are players in here, not JMods.
I do know that a JMod has been through this forum section since you started your thread.
JMods tend to reply only when they need to, usually to correct misinformation.
Only 2% of threads in Community Led Account Help get a JMod reply.

While I can't be certain, I suspect this thread has been seen by that JMod when they visited.
My assumption is that this thread was read, no misinformation was seen, JMod moved on.

Why can't you get an individual check of the hijack access and a personal JMod reply telling you exactly what happened?
1. In the gaming world, Jagex is a fairly small company with only a few hundred employees. Personal service to individual accounts is strictly limited and 1 on 1's are very hard to get.
2. Because not every hijack is completely clear to Jagex either. If it was they wouldn't allow any hijacks to succeed.

iam in same boat someone transfered my other account off jagex andno email telling me they did or nothing i was at work and bam gone and now nothing i can do to get back beeen truing last 4 hours, have google ath on jagex on 2 step. this crap is a joke, should be a wait time and emailed saying someone trying to move acc somthing, i gave day one pass and card info i just brought keys and had prime a year ago and stuff and still n no help, about to file charge backs for all evthing i brought for account.
