It's ridiculous that a moderator tells me that the appeal is denied, I don't play old school, I want them to answer that. As an account that doesn't have oldschool characters, they were banned by oldschool bot. I hope I do understand correctly, you have been playing from your work rather than playing from your home(private)-address.
That could cause issues, as company systems do operate differently and have other types of software (- versions) which might collide with Rules of RuneScape and/or Terms & Conditions.

Another point, you say you have played oldschool and you say I don't play old school.

Is it so you claimed your account being 'hacked'? Or have I made a mistake?

I know you are trying to help me, but thank you, I have been working with systems for 26 years, I know the jagex rules and I know what I have in my office, I also know what I do. A bot with calculator patterns isn't going to tell me it's my fault. What is lost is lost. Just update your cheap systems and automated responses to not fix anything. We are in the middle of 2023 and we do not allow players to play. Leave the ridiculous and unnecessary witch house, I play this to distract myself and there will be people who do it for fun. That interests you jagex. If you are the number one RWT using bond and the same rule breakers help you sell your filthy bonds. hypocrisy Evolve and stop paying 18 year olds to run your business.

A test that I will be uploading on my channel, a friend gives me this and we study the case.
an account that is not associated with oldschool and the system denied the appeal because they are 100%, how can this happen? Were you a victim of ghost hacking? There is no association of that account with the old school. Got banned on rs3 for old school macro.

I finally had a professional review. They reviewed my case and removed the offense (false). Now my other accounts were banned for the same reason, I use macro in oldschool and I don't have characters in old I repeat it. I don't have oldschool accounts. They received an automated response. How can I use macro in oldschool if I don't play oldschool?

I'm just asking for a review, that's all. Since the denial of the appeals was automatic, but I ask myself the same question, how could I do a macro in old if I don't play old. I don't play old. There are no characters in old. Nothing.

If they gave you a 'reviewe' that means 2 things for certain ...

1) You are not treated by an automated process, actually another JMod is reviewing the case and gives you the benefit of the doubt after looking at your case in a meeting with a team of JMods.

2) You have now a chance to prove Jagex/JMods the opposite of what they believe they have been detecting all the time.

You are still able to conduct an investigation yourself about the other 'accounts' and your computer/email/Internet/security safety as how its state are, meaning you doing everything to protect your accounts/devices used for playing RuneScape.
In these cases, realxing and sitting back doing nothing will achieve nothing in the end. Show some elbow grease and join the investigation from your side.

I am grateful for the second review, of course if it was not investigated on my part, that the ban is wrong and a professional realized that something does not fit. Everything together has a solution, the thing is that my other accounts have had their appeal denied for 7 months. How are they going to review them, if I can't appeal. Accounts banned the same day, accounts banned by bot in oldschool. Old man is not played in my house. I don't play old. I don't have old accounts. How can they be banned by bot old? son of rs3.
