I'm having issues recovering an account I owned Username: (Spaze2). It's been a couple of years and haven't used it way before the RS3 update. I'm getting auto-denied immediately. I read that the name could be unavailable after a long period of time and I have all the possible information for the account.

Hello,

Sorry you're having trouble, unfortunately if the appeal is denied then there's nothing else that can be done. Make sure you are being very concise with the information provided and provide as much detail as you can. If it keeps getting denied then there's nothing else that can be done sadly.
Here to help <3

Hi there
Lol Chad

Have a read of the tips in the Account recovery denied support page.

If the recovery replies are addressed to "Character Name Unavailable" it means your original display name has been removed BUT you should keep using the original user login on the recovery form as that is the primary identity for the account.

An immediate deny means one of the following:
* the login isn't correct
* no correct old passwords have been submitted in the recovery
* you are not in the country where the account was created
* you are using a VPN
* the information supplied on the form is too weak to identify you as the owner

You need to supply information from the creation or very early years of the account. Ask family members if they can help remember information e.g. the creation ISP.

It is essential to supply at least one correct old password in recovery, otherwise it is an auto-fail. If you know you cannot remember any old passwords, the only other way back into the account is via the email you registered with the account.
Did you register an email with the account? Very, very old accounts didn't require a linked email. If you know you did and you can remember the email, try to recover or re-create it and do a Password Reset instead of a recovery.
