I have recently created this account as I wanted to try a hardcore ironman.
When I was signing up I realized I needed a new e-mail account for it and as I was creating my e-mail I copy pasted the name I thought was my new e-mail name into the runescape client and proceeded to sign up. I had that finished and a 12 month premier sub bought by the time I realized that I copy pasted the wrong e-mail into runescape and that the e-mail address I added was already taken by someone else.
I do not own the e-mail assosciated with this runescape account, not can I access it.
I tried to go through the "change password" route to change the e-mail assosciated with this account and despite the accounts e-mail not being confirmed, which is impossible since I do not own the e-mail and do not even know if it is currently in use by someone.
Despite filling out all the information correctly and copy pasting the payment confirmation info into the more info box on the change request it is getting repeatedly denied...
It is incredibly easy to prove that this account is mine and that I am just an idiot who put the wrong e-mail in, but Jagex refuses to allow me to change the e-mail to one that I actually own...
What am I supposed to do now?
