Lost access to my main account

Yesterday I switched my RuneScape account (not this one) but my main account to a jagex account and ever since ive lost access to it and I’m not able to login to it anymore only threw steam but I try to login and the account isn’t on my account lists of added accounts. I got a email after I registered it to a jagex account yesterday that it was successful but yet when I login I don’t have the option go play on it and I tryed to recover it and re add it to my jagex account but it says invalid login or password and when I tryed to recover the account it said account not found.
